Jordan was a very experienced professional inspector. His constant explanation of what he was doing, why and how it pertained to code and such was very informative. He was polite, well spoken and very patient with my barrage of questions. Absolutely love the final report with the details and pictures. I would use Erie again in a heartbeat but only if I got Jordan!
11 month new home inspection. Inspector brought up items that may not be state specific, which was very helpful. Also gave code for items I was concerned with. If you are building a new home, get an 11 month new home inspection done. Worth the money for great peace of mind.
