They do not back the inspecton. Found termites after a year in my home. They said that there where not signs of them. They didn't do that much damage in one year. Do not go with this company. Have talk to many relators and they will not be useing this company.
Erie Inspection did a terrible job inspecting our house! We have had so many things go wrong since we took possession of our house and never would have purchased it if they would have fully inspected it.

Todd inspected a Lakeside cottage for us. He arrived right on schedule. He was thorough, professional, considerate, and answered all our questions with very detailed information. His experience and knowledge was of the highest level. Todd also brought in another one of his technicians, Josh, to confirm some issues. Josh was also very professional and thorough.
