From the Toledo, OH area. Todd Radloff was awesome. Super helpful and willing to answer all my questions, even if they weren't specifically related to the inspection!. He was very thorough with his explanation of findings. We also had a lady on site measuring for a carpet install which surpassed Todd's allotted time to be on the premises. Todd was willing to stay and chat while she finished her job (since his next job was not for another hour). Recommend!!
