When I called to schedule my new home inspection, Brooke, who answered the phone, was so helpful and friendly! She immediately put me at my ease and answered all my questions both via email and phone. Mike, my inspector, did a great job! He was very thorough and kept me apprised of everything he found as the inspection was going on. He also wrote up a very detailed and clear report, which outlined the things that needed to be done at the house. I would 100% use this company again. I highly recommend Erie Inspection Service!!

I was extremely pleased with my inspection! Our inspector, Mike, was extremely thorough and had answers to every question I had. Any issues he found he had a recommended solution. The price for the inspection was very fair. I love the fact that the IR scan was included in the price. I will be using them for any other inspections I need in the future!
