RecommendedIt's now a beautiful run establishment and they now have a great crew who knows what there doing.
1 star was the lowest option unfortunately.... A few months ago i separated from my ex husband. He always “took care” of the car stuff. I kept the car and it had been needing an oil change for MONTHS so i went to get it done. They told me i had a “special” oil and it would cost me $73. I had no idea how much my ex husband had ever paid for one so i said “ok cool” fast forward 7000 miles and I’m JUST NOW finding out that my oil change should cost no more than $40! I went to get an oil change on sept 16,2018. The man working( STEVE) was very rude and saying the f word at me.... I asked him how long it would take because there were 2 cars in the bay and he mother fd and said .... never again!!! went after a car wash, the car is white. oily hand prints on the hood. 1 month later the oil filter is coming off, had to go buy a wrench fix it myself. somebody wrote on the oil filter "johnny cash ring of fire". now if you have time to fool around, and i was thinking of a different "f" word. why can't you tighten an oil filter. i got the full synthetic blend, 73.00 oil change. the window sticker says come back in 3000 miles. hmmm synthetic blend 3000 miles, no 5000 miles. i stopped in to talk to them, the gu... read more
Worse service experience ever! I have been too busy to take my car to the dealer to get an oil change, this Pennzoil is just up the street from my office, so I thought I would stop by and get it taken care of quickly. Not only was the service poor and slow, but the workers in the garage started fighting. The F-bombs started flying, I actually thought it was going to get violent. I am very upset. I normally go here to get my oil changed. Today I didn't have time so I went to the one closer to me. They told me that my oil filter wasn't on right and leaking oil terribly. The last place I took it was here. I'm lucky my engine didn't blow up.
Wife took her vehicle in and somehow the "mechanic" charged her $70+ for a simple oil change. What's irritating is when I take it in it's around $20 less. Way to take advantage of someone. I will be telling friends and family about this and where not to go.
