I was at Iowa Clinic yesterday, I had the opportunity to see Dr. Erica. She is absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Erica is caring and kind and most of all she listens and understands that I am the one living in this body so I may know some of what is going on. Thank you Dr Erica.

I visited West Des Moines Urgent Care on a Friday evening and was seen by Erica Parrish-Valdez,ARNP. She was through and knowledge about my condition . She was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended
Visited Urgent Care, had a barrage of tests. Six hours later sent home with an expectation of a call the next day. Two days later no call, even after I called in 2 times. Poor follow through. Total lack of patient care!
