If I could give zero stars I would! My only advice to people finally wanting to reach out for help because you’ve been dealing with issues for so long and never trusted to reach out for therapy, DO NOT schedule with this woman!!!!! She is NOT qualified to be a therapist, all she did for me was cause me more stress and anxiety without helping me at all!!!! Erica is kind and none judgmental . She is very good at adjusting her approach and using different techniques to assist with improvement.
Erica has helped me overcome major challenges in my life. She has helped me better understand my emotions and helped me work through making important decisions. I am a stronger and more confident person. I highly recommend Erica!
