My mom has dementia and I did not care for the neurologist she saw in PA. I brought her to MD to see Dr. Jeffries. He is compassionate, listens, and gives pointers on how to deal with and understand her dementia. Though I do all the talking and asking questions, I have never felt rushed. The staff has always been professional and friendly.I would definitely recommend Dr. Jeffries.
Dr Jeffries is an excellent physician. He listens to you and weaves together a treatment plan, a list of added assessments and conclusions all while giving you the feeling that it is only you he has on his mind. Additionally, he seems so calm and in control that you feel calmed. I originally met Dr Jeffries when my parents, with dementia, were his patients. No more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. He has such a gentle demeanor, even though I may ask some crazy questions he never tells me to stop being crazy! He is such a great doctor I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Jeffries personable stance and attitude toward calming health concerns and providing appropriate support, both treatment, care, and wellness. Dr Jeffries provided not only positive feedback alone with an consistent medical plan that was supported with great outcomes.
The visit started at the time of the appointment. We did not have to wait in the office Dr. Eckman met us and let us into his office he was thorough and explained everything and gave us an options
Dr Jeffries takes time with his patients and will listen and remember your conditions and concerns. I've had several neurologists in my life who treated me for MS and epilepsy, and Dr Jeffries is by far the most thorough and personable. He is considered at the top of his field and rightfully so.
I am a new patient of Dr Jeffries and I am very pleased with his professional & thorough manner. He listened & answered all my questions. He explained clearly his diagnosis & the follow up plans. He was not rushed as some other doctors are. The only complaint is it is very difficult to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jeffries.
