Very please with the service I have received every time I go to my appointment with dr Jeffries… office staff are very helpful and friendly and pleasant too! Dr Jeffries is very nice and helpful with his patient… always comes and gets his patient and walk you out too very professional… definitely recommend him to family and friends… thanks you for always caring about your patient!!!
Dr. Jeffries is very personable and competent. He converses with patients rather than simply ask a lot of questions. He offers several treatment options and reserves diagnosis until all tests have been completed.
Have gone to Dr. Jeffries for many years to monitor and treat my seizure disorder. He listens carefully and offers other options and solutions when issues cause concerns. He is upbeat and helpful, and clearly a good doctor who cares. I had a very good experience with Dr. Eckmann. I have long had occasional migraines, but they increased in frequency and duration over the past year likely due to peri menopause. He listened and prescribed for me a new medication that has worked extremely well. He has really improved my quality of life!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffries for several years. Dr. Jeffries is compassionate and cares very much about his patients. He takes the time to listen to his patients and responds promptly to questions via the patient portal or phone. He works with patients to develop a treatment plan and listens to patient feedback to determine if the plan needs to be adjusted.
Dr. Eckmann was very clear and detailed in all his responses to my questions. He provided information on my test results that relieved me from stress and uncertainty. At the same time he described all potential future risks that might face, thus allowing me to understand ways to prevent some of them.
A good telehealth visit. We discussed past decisions and results and created a plan for the future six months, and hopefully this ties into the plan for the indefinite future. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Dr. Eckmann.
My visits over the years have always been professional and personable. Dr. Eckmann spends time to answer my questions and concerns. I always feel I receive excellent information about my medical condition. It is apparent Dr. Eckmann is a caring, knowledgeable doctor who enjoys his profession. Dr. Eckman is prompt and there is little time spent in the waiting room for my appointment. On occasion I have referred friends and family to Dr. Eckmann.
Dr. Jeffries listens to concerns I have. He diagnosed the cause of my headaches and prescribed physical therapy that has worked to control the my headaches.
