Absolutely Love Dr. Jeffries. He answers every question I have, is patient, kind, and proffesional. Gets right to the point and does not waste time, yet you know he is listening and caring.
Dr Jeffries is very patient, approachable and willing to listen to his patients. My nerve problems have been plaguing me for over 40 years. He is the first one to connect the dots and figure out a plan to keep symptoms under control. He gave my life back to me. I am forever grateful.
Absolutely horrible office staff. Dr. Jeffries himself may be a fine dr but he condones his staff harassing, nagging, badgering his patients in front of the patient waiting room. That office practice is unacceptable and deplorable. They should be ashamed of themselves. My recommendation is avoid this practice and it’s doctors. There are so many other competent neurologists, there is no reason to subject yourself to abuse to see this one. Dr. Jeffries isn’t “that” good, no one is.
I had many seemingly unrelated symptoms for years. I have seen many other healthcare providers who simply thought I was neurotic and became dismissive. Instead, Dr Jeffries was very patient in letting me explain my situation to him and he found the common cause for all these problems. Dr Jeffries was also creative and open-minded about treatment options. If not for him, I would still be in serious pain, wondering what is wrong with me -- like I have been doing for the last four decades!
