Have gone to Dr. Jeffries for many years to monitor and treat my seizure disorder. He listens carefully and offers other options and solutions when issues cause concerns. He is upbeat and helpful, and clearly a good doctor who cares. I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffries for several years. Dr. Jeffries is compassionate and cares very much about his patients. He takes the time to listen to his patients and responds promptly to questions via the patient portal or phone. He works with patients to develop a treatment plan and listens to patient feedback to determine if the plan needs to be adjusted.
Dr. Jeffries listens to concerns I have. He diagnosed the cause of my headaches and prescribed physical therapy that has worked to control the my headaches.
Upbeat and professional in demeanor. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Dr Jeffries does not rush the visit; he takes the time to explain clinical findings. I will be better equipped with a deeper understanding of my medical condition and to achieve compliance with health-related actions.
Provides excellent care and treatment plan that includes therapy, exercise, pain management and non-addictive medications as needed.
I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Jeffries since 2018; I have multiple sclerosis. I have always found him to be compassionate and willing to try different ways to help my symptoms. He respects me as an intelligent partner in my treatment decisions. The office staff are very helpful and competent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Jeffries or any of the other physicians at The Neurology Center.
Quickly in & out- no long wait to see doctor
I have had cluster headaches for almost 20 years and saw several neurologists prior to Dr. Jeffries. Not only was he most knowledgeable of cluster headaches, but he remained updated on treatment options over the past few years. With every consult, he truly attempts to understand my specific circumstances and the implications of meds on my overall health. I have been able to manage this better than ever before. Will not see anyone else.
