Negative - I live in a condo and Mr. Management in Brighton, MI pays for their service. I called Eradico over a week ago when I noticed bees flying in and out of a vent in the back of condo. I called Eradico to schedule and they gave me an appointment time of Aug 22nd almost a month away. I don't know how long they were building a hive inside but that time length was unacceptable. Condo Assn. contracts with Eradico for pest control. Field mice in attic. Tech says he cannot go into attic,not allowed by company. Company says it depends on type of attic. When I asked how a trap would be put down in a part that the tech could not go into I received no answer. When why the company did not supply a tool that the tech could use to place the trap if he could not go into an area. No answer. Tech supposed to return in 3 days no return. I moved in to a apartment in Jackson Michigan, about a week after moving in I seen a mouse runing through my apaertment so I called the manager and she sent a person from Eradico over to fix the problem. I had a conversation with the man about something biting me while I was sleeping, he went to my bed room and lifted up the blanket and there was a big bed bug there, I think I seen him drop the bug but I can't be sure and he said that is your problem.
