My personal opinion of ERA Grizzard is not good. My experience is when my wife and I first called a Shelly from Tavares Florida about an apartment she wanted us to come to the office to pick up a key so we could see the apartment. That was unprofessional. Then she told us there was no hidden fees. That was not true. Then after paying $165 she turned us down for a prior eviction. That should have never been on or background. Christi Charpia!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. Christi has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone.
