Our professional, Jim Richardson, was just amazing! He allowed us to lead by selecting the houses we wanted to see and he respected our opinions without adding his own. He gave us good advice when we asked about the whole procedure of buying a home and it was very clear that he was our advocate throughout the process. After the sale was complete, he even came back and installed a door lock for us! That’s above and beyond. We will seek out Jim in the future when we want to buy property again.

After a year lease, it was month to month. I had a roommate, both of us on lease, utilities in my name. Without warning or any communication from property manager, I was informed the lease would not be renewed and I had 15days to relocate myself and 2year old. I don't drive, my daughter's preschool and my job of over a year all within walking distance, along with my bank and stores for our needs. List the price of the homes without forcing people to give their contact information. The majority of people will just move on to another realtor that does list prices without requiring their information. We will be selling our house soon and I would not hire you just for that reason!
Jim Richardson was referred to me from Veterans United. From the very beginning he was up front and open to all our crazy ideas for the first home.
