Well, I don't understand the concept of first come first serve on their rentals. What ever happened about knowing your tenants? Now it's who can get the application done first. Really makes it difficult for people who have jobs. Not happy with my experience with them and will not look at any their properties ever.

My personal opinion of ERA Grizzard is not good. My experience is when my wife and I first called a Shelly from Tavares Florida about an apartment she wanted us to come to the office to pick up a key so we could see the apartment. That was unprofessional. Then she told us there was no hidden fees. That was not true. Then after paying $165 she turned us down for a prior eviction. That should have never been on or background.
