Dr. Shelby is by far one of the best doctors around. All others should take note of what the actions of a few are doing. They take your care seriously and actually work as doctors and not practitioners getting to the actual cause of the health issue with a caring approach. After years of having problems it took only one caring doctor to find the problem and have a solution. Thank you very much for all you are doing at Equality Healthcare.....

Congratulations to the people of southwest Missouri. You now have the option to get your primary care from excellent doctors who are accessible and affordable. They also provide extremely affordable basic laboratory tests and medications. For years, I have been hearing doctors I know and respect praise these three doctors for their skill and patient centered approach. (I am a retired general internal medicine doctor.) Equality Healthcare is the new gold standard for family medicine in Springfield. This is everything you've dreamed a doctor's office visit could be. The staff was so gracious and kind. Dr. Shelby saw our two littles and took great time and care with them. He also answered all our questions and relieved our concerns. Later, Dr. Shelby texted to make sure the prescription was filled and easy to follow. And, the next day, he called to check on everyone! Have you ever received that kind of attention from your doctor? Thank you, Dr. Shelby and Equality Healthcare!

Speaking as a 15 year patient of Dr Troy's I would highly recommend this clinic. She's a GREAT doctor and her new patients will be so lucky to have her as a doctor! She is the BEST doctor I have ever had.

First, thank you to whomever answered the phone this afternoon when I was concerned about getting all my health information for the enrollment form (because medical record releases are expensive)! I'm genuinely excited to be able to continue seeing the doctor I've trusted for the last 7 years. As a former patient within their Cox clinic, I've heard nothing but good about all these doctors and I'm sure they'll continue to do the same here.

I have personally worked with all three of these awesome doctors and am so proud of each of them. The service they provide is fantastic. This community is very fortunate to have the combined knowledge and skill that these docs have to offer. Congrats and best wishes guys.
