RecommendedI’ve recently become a client through the OTC clinic and I could not be more impressed with their thorough and caring approach. This is truly a fantastic model for delivering healthcare. I’ve now met with two of the three doctors and they are excellent. If you are in need of a healthcare solution or you’re unhappy with the legacy providers and insurers, give these folks a shot. Good stuff!
Had a sick little girl today and texted Dr. Shelby Smith right at noon for advice. He opens up his practice at 2pm to see Lucy... two hours later on a Saturday. Better yet, he actually talks to her and listens. I’m extremely impressed! If you have not at least learned what they’re about... it’s worth a visit.
It was my first appointment but I was very impressed with Doctor Smith, the office and his staff.

My husband joined up with Equality just a couple of months ago and we love it! Literally life-saving for him and affordable care.
I have been a member for over a year. Love it! I can call, text or email my doctor. They are very prompt to get back to me and I am NOT waiting weeks or months for appointment. It is so personal. Totally different experience than we had been having at our previous physician. They are allowed to spend more than 15 minutes with thier pts.
Dr.shelby provides superior family medicine his social skills go beyond expectations he creates an atmosphere that is comfortable for my whole family
Called my pharmacy for a refill today and about 20-30 minutes later I received my text the script had been faxed to the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist gave me a funny look and told me it would be 24-48 hours before the script would be there. I told her I received a text it had been faxed. She checked the fax and sure enough there it was. She was impressed.
