Waste of time, waste of money. Find a real doctor. Chambers made me come in and possibly expose myself to the covid he may or may not believe in, so he could talk to me like a dog and fire me as his patient, which given we're in a pandemic could've been done through email or over the phone. Nurses are really nice, but that doctor..... and apparently he gets off on treating people like crap, complete with slamming down his computer on the table as soon as he walked in. This is the BEST healthcare I have ever received. Dr. Shelby really shows he cares, he informs me well on issues and I never feel embarrassed about anything. I am so very thankful for him! I trust Equality with my life, literally.
Professionalism, yet down to earth, and very fair pricing by cutting out the "middle man." This should be the way ALL doctor's office are ran.
I have seen Dr. Troy since she worked at Cox. My whole family followed her when they started Equality Healthcare. You can call and get in same day almost everytime. If not, they get you in the next day. You never have to wait past your appointment time. They don't rush you through appointments and always give you enough time to really talk about your concerns and get them addressed. I was a member for almost two years and I loved it. I saw Dr. Smith. If I needed an appointment I was almost always able to get in the same day. He was extremely responsive to emails and texts. They saved me the expense of an emergency room visit by being available by phone after hours when I had an incident of extremely bad irregular heartbeats. This is medicine the way it should be.
