Dr Epstein was very helpful and thorough in explaining the factors that go into a diagnosis I had received.
I needed to understand the process of scheduling an appointment for a colonoscopy. I also had insurance questions. Linda answered the phone at the office and was amazingly helpful. She carefully explained the scheduling and appointment process and had me scheduled quickly for a consultation. Men need to be vigilant about color cancer screening and we need providers who make that process easy. Linda is a fantastic first Patient contact. She really works to get all the information needed to give you great healthcare.
I have had several procedures by these folks and they always provide superior service and professionalism. Dr Epstein always clearly explains what to expect and delivers east to understand findings. My family and I will always be patients here because great service in a pleasant environment is hard to find.
In my pre-procedure consult, Dr Epstein was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked pertinent background questions about my prior and existing medical history; and answered my questions thoroughly about the procedure and temporarily stopping my bloodthinner medication. Staff was friendly and quickly set up appointment for the procedure.
Dr.Epstein was very professional and friendly, introduced himself with a smile. Explained about the procedure. After the procedure he talked to me in detail about what he did for me. It was an excellent experience. Also I greatly appreciate the the great service of the nurses who works with Dr. Epstein. I would gladly recommend Dr. Epstein and his team to anyone.
