He is very patient and listens to your concerns and is informative about what is going on with your health
I liked Dr. Epstein. However, the people surrounding him in the practice are horrible. First, in order to make an appointment with him you have to contact his secretary who does not answer her telephone or return voice messages. I had to randomly dial extensions until I was lucky enough to get hold of somebody who could schedule an appointment for me. Then, on the day of the procedure, a nurse named Nicole Barrigar with tattoos on her neck was a complete B. to my driver and to me. She drilled my driver with dozens of irrelev... read more
I had no complaint with dr Epstein, however, the people responsible for information and paperwork were deficient. The prescription was called to the pharmacy, but information & what was important about the procedure NEVER appeared.
The appointment was easy to schedule. The staff were efficient and made me feel as ease. Dr. Epstein saw me before my procedure to make me feel at ease and he also came to recovery to see me afterward to make sure all my questions were answered. My procedure started on time and proceeded as explained by the nurses, technicians, and Dr. Epstein. Everyone at Woodholme did what they could to make me feel comfortable.
Dr. Epstein really listened as I explained the problems I have been experiencing; he is patient & very down to earth.
Dr Epstein is a great person who demonstrates knowledge, compassion, and presents a highly professional demeanor. He my man and recommend him highly
I have been a patient of Dr. Epstein since 2013. My medical treatment and staff have always been positive.
