Entire procedure went smoothly. Appointment was on time. The administrative and nursing staff were informative, helpful and professional. Dr. Steven Epstein explained the procedure clearly and performed the procedure with no complications.
I have been seeing Dr. Epstein for many years, and will continue to. He is amazing! Always friendly, recalls test results, findings, and history without having to look it up. He wants input from patients and is very supportive.
Every single person I encountered on my recent visit was friendly, welcoming and professional. From the receptionist, to the nurse who prepped mefor the procedure, to the anesthegiologist, the recovery nurse, and of course, Dr. Epstein. This group does a great job in training everyone on customer service and caring for patients.
Amazing doctor with a calming bedside manner. From start to finish with my colonoscopy the office communicated well, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was very thorough.
Got in virtually at appt. time. Everyone, from reception to post-care, was courteous and professional. Helped make patients feel relaxed and comfortable.
Dr Epstein is very pleasant to deal with, and I am happy to be his patient for years to come!
