From the moment I walked into this extremely clean center, and on past Ms. Tara who greeted me delightfully, then ushered back in to Ms. Lola with her pretty aura and the most gentle phlebotomist skills, then Ms. Jacqueline with her positive happy spirit, and finally Dr. Epstein gracious, quick, well explained, and thorough procedure, and on into the recovery area I gotta say; what I have feared for the past 25 years was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Literally . Thank you so very much, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
I was a giant ball of anxiety the day of my procedure. Dr. Epstein, the anesthesiologist, and the nurse took time to make me feel at ease and safe in their care. Dr. Epstein had a wonderful bedside manner.

All staff were extremely personable and friendly. Dr. Epstein was truly interested in my health. He took his time with me and discussed my health, history and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Epstein and this practice based on my very positive experience.
I needed help getting into my portal and Brandy talked me through it. Then I was able to register online easily. My appointment was with Dr. Steven Epstein. The wait time was ok. When I saw Dr. Epstein, he listened to my symptoms, asked me about other possible symptoms, and came up with a plan. A good visit.
The entire experience from check in to recovery was outstanding! Please keep doing what you are doing.

My entire experience was wonderful. From the front desk person who helped check me in, to the nursing and anesthesiologist to my doctor. It was 1st class service all the way. I was completely informed on every step that would take place and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
