Dr Epstein was wonderful — professional but friendly and approachable. I consider it a stroke of good luck that I was scheduled to be his patient when I made my appointment. His pre- and after-care team (Jackie and Andy) provided me superior nursing care, and the anesthetist Yvette was a calming presence for me in those anxious moments before my procedure.
Everyone involved in my care was personable and caring. The facility was spotless and Doctor Epstein is a consummate professional.
Before my procedure started Elizabeth 'Liz' was very caring and professional, taking care of me prior to my procedure. Dr Epstein took extra time to answer all of my questions.
Dr Epstein was attentive to detail and communicated in a clear manner.
Very clear explanation of all options and professionalism of the doctor and his assistants. Thank you very much.
Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable which I appreciated very much.
