Absolutely love Lauren at Epic Looks! First time I went there she had to spend time correcting what a previous colorist did. She listens to what I am thinking, tweaks the idea to work with my hair type, and I walk out feeling and looking amazing. She's personable, professional, and knows what she's doing. I would never go anyplace else or to anyone but Lauren!
Very welcoming and calming vibes! Chelssa was amazing! She made sure that she was understanding what I wanted and talked about exactly what she was doing through the whole process! She made me feel comfortable with taking off so much of my hair and the end result was beautiful! I am definitely going back to her!

had a horrible experience. went in, asked if what I wanted could be done within my budget. I was assured that yes. absolutely, it will be beautiful. yeah..right.
