Lauren was absolutely awesome! After booking an appointment literally 40 minutes before, we walked in to a warm welcome, personalized service, competence, creativity, excellent conversation, and a fantastic atmosphere! Both Sara and Lauren were wonderfully attentive, took our ideas and requests and went above and beyond our expectations, and have gained repeat customers without a doubt. The scalp massage during the shampoo was just icing on the cake! Epic Looks is where it’s at!
Chelssa did an amazing job on my color and cut. She took the time to discuss what I wanted, what she recommended and why, and future care. Love my hair! 😁
