I highly recommend Epic Looks! The professionalism is outstanding, the salon is beautiful and the stylists are top notch! I love that the stylists are constantly learning and improving their skills! I always leave feeling beautiful! I also love that I get text appointment reminders!
I had an appointment with Rachel today to get highlights. Made the appointment about 2 weeks ago. I got a phone call from Epic Looks this afternoon saying Rachel's last day was yesterday. Well, Rachel didn't know that and was supposed to stay until 2/2! So I am guessing I was used to fire her! Very unprofessional and my business will follow Rachel!
