RecommendedI went a total of 12 times for weekly IV infusions. Staff is very friendly and caring. My nurse the first 2 visits had trouble getting the IV and I was leery of going back, she was a temp. All the following visits with several different nurses were all great, I’m an easy stick and they were very competent. The facility is clean, chairs comfortable. Good parking.

Expect extremely long wait time to see any Dr. I also called once to ask for an emergency refill of insulin since my other Dr was on vacation. They agreed to put in 1 refill for me, but never ended up doing it. I ended up having to go to Urgent Care because they didn't do what they said they would. I got a call from them 2 weeks after that visit asking if I still wanted them to put in a refill. But seriously, expect to wait AT LEAST 50 mins after your appt time to get seen.
Always excellent service from everyone involved. Dr. Kaplan takes time to listen which was always appreciated.
