I am on my second year with Envi Pest and very happy with the results. The product is non-toxic and pet-friendly - which is the only reason I agreed to try it. Plus, it has shown to do everything promised. I no longer have ants in the cat food dish and my trees are not covered with spider webs! I especially appreciate the thorough explanation given by each of my technicians (especially Maxx) on how the product works and the different life cycles/behaviors of my problem insects. Oh - also super great - no harm to the bees!

We are new to the neighborhood and therefore new to this company. I signed up in May through a salesperson that came to my house. I was not impressed with the first initial application and service representative. But I was pleasantly surprised and had excellent service in June with their service representative Andrew R. He addressed all my concerns, went the extra mile, and even took the name of the previous representative to report. Jared M. Came out recently to spray our house for pests, he was kind positive and friendly. I have a home based business and asked him to quickly spray my studio before my next client came, he did not complain and was quick about his work. I appreciated his understanding of business.

I can't say enough what a great job the technician, Andrew R******, did! He was on time, asked where we had problems, explained what he was going to do and did it efficiently and quickly!! He found some areas that needed extra work and explained why and how it was necessary to keep an eye on those areas. He was knowledgable and personable! I'd give him a 5-star rating!

I had Jared and Duncan from ENVI Pest & Lawn come out to my home today in Eagle and I was very impressed with their hard work and service. Two very wonderful gentlemen who did a great job and found 6 hornets nests that they removed so my family and pets are safe. I was very happy with the service and look forward to doing business with the ENVI company.

Andrew did a good job in addressing all of our needs. He was patient & pleasant to work with. He took his time & was pretty thorough in finding the wasp nests, treating, & removing them. He took special care in the playground & trampoline areas as requested so our grandkids can play withou risk of stings & bites. I did forget to double check with him at the end to see if there were signs of mice which I did ask about first hand. Overall he did really well.
