Nathan p. came to my home to rid it of wasp nests and ear wigs. I found him to be very pleasant and professional. the info he gave me was very helpful and when you come out again I hope you send Nathan. thank you sincerely ****** *******

First of all, I want to thank Envi for offering a Groupon so we could try them. Next, I want to give a "shout out" to Brett B*********, our technician who came to our home. He was the nicest young man, so patient, so eager to help and listen to our concerns. He seems like a real asset to Envi. Also, the office staff seemed so friendly and "perky" when I called in on the phone. And...... we called on Monday, and they were out to our house on Tuesday!!!!! Unheard of customer service! Nathan from Envi Pest Control did a tremendous job helping my family out today. As it turns out we have a Yellow Jacket Bee problem and Nathan did whatever he could in his power to help us with the issue. Nathan provided top notch customer service! Nathan even provided me with his name and phone number in case the problem started back up. Thank you Envi and thank you Nathan!

First time using services of this company. Prior to actually performing their services, they thoroughly explained the process of what they were using and what would be done. After the process was completed, their technician Nathan again reviewed what had been done and what to expect over the net few weeks and discussed the company guaranty.

We have enjoyed a yard where the wasps don't even start to make a nest around the yard and fence. Nathan did a great job!

Just a quick note to sing the praises of Nathan and Wess - the two Envi techs who provided service at my home in Meridian (ID) yesterday. They were thorough, efficient and answered all my questions (with a flare for good humor, I might add!!). They bravely decked a couple of very active wasp nests, as well. Thanks, Guys!
