I was very shocked when I was informed there was $200 cancellation fee when I called to cancel the service. It was not mentioned when the salesman met with me. The company manger pointed out the cancellation fee was part of the written contract when I called to cancel. Just a heads up for new customers to be aware.

We appeared to have some voles starting to damage our yard. Jared came out to check and agreed that there was the start of a problem. He checked the yard for places that I might not have found and placed the right stuff at each location to (hopefully) take care of these little critters. While he was there, he noted some cobwebs and sprayed them, even thought that wasn't what he was called out for. Envi pest control I highly recommend. They're really awesome people. The man they sent out to my house, Ian was very smart, he knew what he was doing and explained a lot of things to keep the earwigs from nesting around my home. I would recommend them!

Thanks Envi Pest & Lawn for attacking my HOBO's. I hate spiders...Dallin came over and told me exactly what I was going to get for the money. Jared came and did the job, climb on the roof and brush the spider's next spray the nontoxic killer spray. Then he came in the house and garage and continued the service. Both gentlemen were professional and did a great job! I wanted a company that would spend a little more than a half hour on the kill job, and Envi did. Thanks and your easy to refer!

A friend recommended this company. After the cool weather, we have just recently started seeing bugs. Last summer, we were overrun with them and wanted to nip the problem early. We called yesterday and Shane, a very nice and respectful tech, showed up today. No waiting for call backs or waiting a month for scheduling. He was polite, on-time, and did a thorough job spraying inside and out. He also did our yard and has mounted a strong attack on the evil thistle plants that reside there. I just experienced the service of JARED with Envi Pest and Lawn on June 20th, 2017. What a great experience. Jared explained in detail how Envi could help us and exactly what takes place with their service and which pests are controlled. He took his time and showed me pictures of the critters which I was talking to him about. Not only was he informative and professional, he was courteous, kind, and very friendly. Envi Pest Control dropped by my home the other day while conducting a door to door sales presentation. The sales person was both friendly and knowledgeable and I decided to sign. Jared, the service rep showed up on time, was neat and professional and explained what he was going to do and then did it quickly and efficiently. I am impressed. Not all companies do exactly what they say they will, but Envi Pest did exactly that, and Jared is a very nice young man and a professional. I'm glad they came to my door.
