You listen to the Enterprise ads "We'll pick you up ". You listen to this on the phone when you are on hold with Enterprise " We'll treat you like family", "We'll go the extra distance for our customers", AND "We'll pick you up".Today- I needed a car and 2 Enterprise facilities said my repair shop wasn't in their coverage area. Enterprise in Freehold on Thormorton Lane has the worst customer service group, they were rude, and not helpful at all. I had a reservation for a rental to pick up my car at this location at 3:30 pm, to get a rental they promise me. When I got there they have gave my car to someone else that morning, then they didn't have the car I needed so I couldn't go home.. They are the most unprofessional people to deal with and they didn't make a effort to my needs. I will never deal with Enterprise again...
Awful experience. I need someone to get back to me. I originally asked to rent a Rav4 from your site. I get there and the young man offers me minivan. Why on earth did you let me select a suv if there is no availability for a suv ? Why do you make false promises to your customers? You don't even offer the product on your site how unprofessional. just want people to know that when you feel safe renting from this company that they will pulled over in a stolen car ?? issue out, and you will be pulled over by the police ?? /shaiff department and you will get victimized on behalf enterprise by the police by! enterprise rental car and they will not give you any heads up the day of you getting foxtroted! My car broke down on me in *********** and my Chysler Extended Warranty stated I had to rent a Chrysler product from Enterprise to get reimbursement. I went online and there were no options for Chrysler products. I then tried to call Enterprise and no one would ever answer the phone. After several hours I gave up. This appears to be an awful company to deal with and a very poor requirement by Chrysler.
I purchased a vehicle and it seem to electrical issues so asked them to service the vehicle before purchasing and they agreed to send it to the dealership the dealership only rest the car and this Friday it cut off on the freeway while driving the battery would not turn over and the key was not detected
Called on line rental, quoted close to $500. Per week, on line quote is $399. Per week + fees and we take vehicle back after a week and it's $810. And they said to bad we don't honor on online prices if you talk to a person at all.Will never rent there again.
My only option is a bad review due to not getting a call back. I have attempted to speak to a manager over 4 times with hold times over 25 mins each time and no resolve. Charged me an unauthorized 465$ for a rental I was given during a insurance claim after a associate who gave me the vehicle informed me I would be charged no more than 98$ if I kept the upgraded vehicle for the full 30 days of possible repair time.
