Absolutely atrocious. Rented a car that broke down 3 miles from airport. Roadside assistance is abominable. They said they could not help us until we were in a safe location (our car broke down on the freeway). When I asked what next steps would be, they hung up. How can this company still exist with such poor vehicle maintenance and service? I will *never* be renting from this company again

I think they dont know how to treat customers. I was told there were no cars to rent, maybe tomorrow, told me I was on a list, again no car next day still on list, was stranded at hotel for the week and no car and no call. Would have been nice to be treated like a customer. You surely dont deserve any stars.

I requested a larger suv and they just refused , there was a Yukon sitting there and refused to rent it. They stuck us in a mini van ,wich we hated . Then have not refunded my 300.00 deposit . They keep. Giving me the run around . Van was returned washed wiped down ,vacuumed and full of gas . Crooks is what they are !

This place by far is the worst. Reservation for MONTHS for a trip across country. Informed 10 hours before pick up that they don't have it. Did NOTHING to help at all.

Will never rent from ******* ***** ******* location again. Lot of back end costs not fully explained up front. Pouring rain when car was picked up. No way to see any damage especially hail. When returning car inspector says he sees 3 dings from hail. mgr says they would not have rented car out if three small hail dings were noticed up front. Was pretty much told your pre rental inspection means nothing anyway if their inspection is different. Three total hail dings warrant repairing total hood and roof. No way. Horrible experience! Reserved online and even called customer service to confirm size of vehicle availability. When we were dropped off, they wouldnt give us the vehicle because it was reserved prior. They could not find ** a vehicle to seat 7. There were multiple enterprises within an hour radius.. We were at ****** ************ office would not call back. Stuck and given the run around .

Everyone at Enterprise at the *************** was phenomenal. Woman at the counter who took care of us 5/18/23 at 11;00 was really kind. Even the nice lady checking ** out of the garage was nice. We had a wide range of vehicles to choose from. Drop off was equally smooth. A really nice experience. We will use them again!

When theres a problem with a vehicle, they will attempt stall tactics in order to have you say in that vehicle. If its not the same place you rented from, they ask where did you rent if its not from them they always say they dont have anything available even though youre looking at vehicles that should be available. Im now driving the worst vehicle Ive ever driven because they didnt want to switch it out. Car veers to the left and it shakes when you go over 60 mph

I reserved a rental for a 3row suv. When I arrived at the ************ ** location I was told they did not have one for me. I never received a call or a voicemail to inform me of that. At first they didnt want to even help. It was my husband who suggested that they call another location to have one picked up. They had one an hr away in ********** ** and received a minivan.
