I got a rental because my car is being worked on the vehicle they gave me wasn't running very good so I asked to swap it out they gave me a beat up ram work truck saying they have no cars and won't have any for a week .I know that isn't true it was close to going home I felt he gave me anything. And what is sad is I thought more of this place . Never again .

Warning to everyone! Do not give them your credit card info. They will falsely take money from you a month after you do business with them and play dumb afterwards. They aren't right do let those commercials fool you. Smh. Scandals

Terrible. Terrible. Flight was late coming into airport. Called Enterprise to confirm someone would be there after midnight. Flight arrived at 1:00 am. No one there. Also had a question with reservation was told someone would call me back two days before rental car pickup. No call. Terrible thank heavens another rental car agency was open at 1:00 am got a vehicle. Never again.

This place is a Ripoff in rented a car in 19th of August 10 am that rental was supposed to be ****** I returned car same day they waited Two days to send my invoice by email they charged me ****** for what I still don't know what the charges me for this is not right can someone make sense of this matter please . They don't deserve a Star

If I could leave a negative review it would be -10! My daughter and her group rented an electric car in ******. It took an hour for the car to charge. Driving from ****** to Barcelona (5 hours). Again stop to charge. The third time they had to stop (now two hours from Barcelona) there are no charging places to be found. The car dies. Theyre told to get a taxi! I received an expired meter parking ticket in *********** on August 5,2023. The ticket was for $50.00 and was paid in full on August 8, 2023. After I returned the rental car to Enterprise in ***************, I receive an email that stated I will be billed for a parking ticket in Napa for $25.00 on the same **************** the other ticket. I was never in Napa. I called the Enterprise citation department. I love the business ethic at the rental location on **************** in **********, **. *************************** worked with me when I picked up my car. She was professional and efficient. When the tire pressure light was on as I started to drive away, I let her know. She took the car to the back and they put more air in the tires...light went off.
