So many other better spas in Miami and the area.
Nice
The location is perfect. The view is breathless and the massage service was amazing. The actual customer service lacks a lot as no one would bother to go by the lounge area to ask if we wanted to order lunch or wine. I had to go to the front a few times and still never got the menu to order. Maybe they should have the menus and a phone in the lounge area to call directly. Other than this I was very satisfied with my services.
One of the most beautiful 'hidden gems' right in the heart of our 'hectic' downtown. The staff is wonderful. The Spa serene. You will feel like you're a thousand miles away. Truly 5 star, to the point of being transcendent 🌱
