Holy cow do these guys go above any beyond. They are such an awesome crew over there I can't even believe it. They came threw clutch with some parts that were back ordered due to a minor part in the kit being out of stock but they found a way to make it work so I can finish my car. They get all of my business, I always come to them first and they have always taken care of me. If I had to pick one website for the rest of my life for my car needs I'd definitely pick enjuku. I recently ordered a FPR kit thru them by AEM. The package didn’t go out until a day or two later after it was ordered due to the fact they were waiting on some more fuel line. It was no big issue to me but they made sure it arrived the next day which was awesome, and the best part was the whole time Brandon McDowell stayed in contact letting me know what was happening. Great service and communication!! Will continue business with them for sure!!
Have to give 4 stars, regardless. Ordered AAM short tails for my 370z. Bad news is it took about a little over a month to be delivered due to the manufacturer. Good news is that it was WELL worth the wait; fitment is fantastic, install was easy, and the sound is incredible. Customer service kept me informed and responded very quickly. Great exhaust option if you have strict emissions laws in your county. Thanks again guys!
Ive been ordering from enjuku for the past year and have had no problems. Customer service is on point ramon has been a great help but i recently ordered and recieved the wrong brake pads. I opened the package only to see they didnt fit in the caliper bracket. I placed them back in the box and immediately shipped them back. Im now being told that the pads were bedded (used) and that im going to have to be charged a 25% restocking fee. previous order for small bearings and bolts went without a hitch but whoever runs the phones on their lunch breaks are horrible lol I couldn't get through 15 minutes before their lunch (12:15) and now 12 minutes after (1:43) I just placed an order through apple pay at 12pm and my card used my old shipping address although my address book on the website only has my new address. so I feel as if its a time sensitive matter to get handled before its shipped to the wrong address, please please please turn your phones back on alre... read more
