RecommendedRecently ordered a set of wheels and received an email saying that only 3 were available. Luke(deserves a raise btw) took the time to send me other options and styles to choose from to replace the others. He was very patient with all the questions I had and waiting for me to make a decision. Excellent customer service to make sure I got the exact wheels I wanted in the exact spec I needed. Had a very negative experience In ordering wheels from here, and then even more negative when I had to deal with their customer service department. To me I spent a large chunk of money here to be told by the customer service department that it didn't really matter to them, when it was lack of management on their part. I will no longer do buisness with this company.
I received arp head studs and they cane with a missing nut . Ino it’s not Enjuku’s fault but I emailed them about it and they sent me the wrong part so not only did I have a nut missing now I have an extra washer -.- they did ask me what size I am for a free shirt so that’s cool
Got my order sooner than expected and even had a handful of stickers thrown in. Thank you!
