Just ordered my ls swap kit for my Genesis. If it wasn't for the Christmas specials. I would have to had to wait longer. So I just got my son full time and never been able to be in his life because for the other party. Well I figured this would be a good bonding experience with him. And when this project is done he is going to get the car. Definitely will buy from these guys again. Thank you.

Super helpful customer service. Shipping to an overseas address and shipping cost weren’t ridiculous. Shipping was also faster than expected. Will definitely be buying from Enjuku again.

I purchased a set of rims, and unfortunately they were back ordered. I have communicated with customer service several times and they have given me dates as to when my rims would be back in stock. Unfortunately they were delayed several months, so to make up for it enjuku is sending me some promotional items! They are alway quick to respond and well within their average respond times. After being informed that a piece of my order wouldn't be back in stock for 3-4 weeks, I received an email which gave me the option to keep it on the order or get a refund for it. I decided to keep it on my order and they even sent out the rest of the order which was ready for no extra charge. The customer service was great and the response time was very quick.
Ordered an ISR exhaust for my Genesis coupe and brake pads. After paying, I was informed the next day the exhaust would be out of stock for 10 weeks and if I choose to cancel my order I would be refunded. So far it's been 4 weeks, the brake pads actually arrived about a week later so that was good. Their team has been very good at communicating with me and checking on my package so I will keep in touch and check again around 5 weeks out to see if we're on track.
