Had excellent customer service from Sasha despite it being so close to closing time for the weekend. Had something shipped to an old address and she was able to reroute the shipment to my new address. Appreciate her and the staff. Will continue to use you guys for many future purchase.
Ordered an RX8 Pilot bearing seal over a week and a half ago and was told item had not shipped due to being out of stock and back ordered at ACT directly. Called ACT last Friday the 15th of Sep and the part was in stock. Will be canceling my order with Enjuku and ordering directly from ACT. No email or call was given to us to let us know and they were not planning on sending it out until NEXT MONTH. WTF....really Enjuku? Pay the extra and order directly from the company gents.
