I've been buying parts from Enjuku for many years, but some recent awesome customer service prompted me to leave some positive feedback. I had a part I purchased awhile back and it failed. They backed their product and took care of me quickly. In my opinion, customer service is one of the most important aspects of the automotive part buying experience. Much more important than saving a couple bucks elsewhere (although Enjuku has good prices as well). Thanks again Enjuku!
I would not purchase anything from this company. They refused to allow for returns of a fire suit that I purchased that was 1 piece and too small. I wanted a 2 piece larger size. I told him I only wanted to return so I could order the correct suit. Was told it was a custom, specialty item. It was a Racequip 1 piece suit (Medium). Bunch of bull.
Real kool shop....courteous guys....insane builds...big thanks to andrew for d tour and info....
