I've been dealing with English's Sew & Vac since 1998 when I bought my first embroidery machine. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help you whether you are buying a spool of thread or a $10,000 embroidery machine.
They are top notch professionals yet they teach you on your level. Always so polite and helpful. I've bought 3 sewing/embroidery machines and 1 serger from them. Would never go anywhere else!
The service was quick this morning and explained to me what had happened. I got one-on-one instruction on my machine and had all my questions answered. I will continue driving 2 hours to English's because they are friendly and professional while being extremely helpful.
The nicest, kindest, group of people ever. I get my vacuum and supplies there along with anything sewing related. I was rolling out my vacuum and the owner saw me out his rear view mirror while getting ready to turn out of the parking lot open the back of my truck to put in my vacuum. He backed up to me in the parking lot, got out and put in my truck. Mind you my vacuum isn't heavy, I lift it all the time.
