Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this shop for all your sewing and embroidery needs. Best prices that I've seen. Call ahead and get a service appointment and pick your machine up a few hours later.
On the third visit in 8 months to repair the same vacuum cleaner, and I questioned the other repairs, I was subjected to a series of questions to eliminate responsibility. Examples are — is the vacuum used commercially? NO. Was the repair more than 3 months ago? And we can’t find any record that we worked on your vaccum cleaner. In other words, they were hoping to avoid any obligation to stand behind their work. I spent about $100 on repairs and ended up having to replace the vacuum cleaner. My Embroidery machine (two months old) messed up. I had to go to using my smaller one. I took my machine in and Mr. English had it out of my hands before I could get in the door. He also had it fixed within 10 minutes. And.....he had a great sense of humor and made it fun. I left happy and relieved I was taking my machine back home. Also he never asked if I was under warranty or push it off to the guy in the back. He just wanted to fix it for me. Awesome experience!!!
