It was a horrible experience. They wouldn't let me return it. They just lied, lied and lied some more. I should have known better per my previous experience. Learned my lesson. 634.00 worth!!!!!

I have purchased a Brother sewing machine and a Brother embroidery machine from English's. I buy my sewing machine thread and embroidery machine thread along with other supplies here. I have always received excellent customer service from knowledgeable employees.

Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this shop for all your sewing and embroidery needs. Best prices that I've seen. Call ahead and get a service appointment and pick your machine up a few hours later.
On the third visit in 8 months to repair the same vacuum cleaner, and I questioned the other repairs, I was subjected to a series of questions to eliminate responsibility. Examples are — is the vacuum used commercially? NO. Was the repair more than 3 months ago? And we can’t find any record that we worked on your vaccum cleaner. In other words, they were hoping to avoid any obligation to stand behind their work. I spent about $100 on repairs and ended up having to replace the vacuum cleaner.
