I will continue to recommend this business for all our sewing machine purchases, repair, and any related service. I can always rely on their services whether it is an antique treadle machine to the newer sewing/embroidery machines. Please don’t waste time, money, or emotional energy on other people.

When we moved to western Kentucky, I had to give up my sewing machine service department - I was thrilled when I found English's. My "new" machine is now 14 years old, and I know exactly where I'll be shopping. Great people and service.
Superior customer service. I had taken my embroidery machine in to have it cleaned and just overall checkup. I had been having issue with tension and thread breakage. When the cleaning and service didn't solve my issue, they took it back in and found the issue right away. I didn't have to wait and they didn't charge me anything extra. They definitely earned my future business

The ladies I sew with every week, went on a little trip on Saturday to your shop. myself and another lady had been looking at a machine and wanted to see it in person. We went in and was greated buy your wonderful staff, they let us try the machines answered all our question and we left with 2 amazing machines.
