Lived here for 16 years and don't plan on leaving. Joel always keeps the property really clean and is good at what he does. The office staff is always friendly and helps whenever they can.
Lived here for many years and the maintenance is always kept up and the property is always really clean. All my neighbors are very kind and quite. When I call the office they are always very friendly and answer any questions I Have.

Great place to live close to downtown
These apartments are in a great location! They are about 5 minutes or so from downtown and Highway 65. I love that I can to anywhere in Springfield in about 15 minutes. I am happy that Wooten provides security for our apartments as a safety precaution, although I have never seen or heard of a safety concern. A decent and affordable place to live. The buildings are a little old, but the management crew is pretty responsive when it comes to any issues. Even though being right off Chestnut and near a fire station and train line can be a little noisy sometimes, the complex itself is fairly quiet and peaceful. Pet friendly (I see far more cats than dogs), fairly low utilities, and the one-bedroom is plenty spacious. I like it here the grounds are always clean and they have very nice and helpful staff.
I am a long time resident and I must say the new office staff is awesome. Affordable rent and a nice place to live.
Great price, very roomie and updated, manager is very professional and polite. Me and my daughter just love our new place here at English Village (:
