I have lived at Delaware on Primrose for about 7years and I love it The staff is so friendly and very helpful They answer your questions they get back to you promptly Come by Delaware on Primrose apts It’s definitely is worth it.
We just signed our fifth lease at Delaware on Primrose and love it here. The atmosphere, close to stores, great office staff and communication are top notch! Love having a pool and friendly tenants who are respectful.
there's not any drama. in this apartment complex. It's a good location. They keep the grounds clean from trash.
I have lived here for a year and its very nice location is great. Only thing is maintenance can be a litte slow but most places are like that so no big problem. Site Management is aslo great she is very understanding and kind.

This is a great apartment complex in a safe area. Any problems with the apartment are solved quickly by maintenance. It has great amenities with a pool, dog park, gym, and playground. There is a nice walking trail behind the apartment complex as well that is pretty to walk on.
Good place to live. I have lived here about 2 years and I have enjoyed my stay. They do a good job with keeping up with maintenance and notifying about any changes. Price is fair for everything included with the apartment.
Good location, affordable rent and is pet friendly. The internet is slow at times and parking is limited. Nice location off of the highway and work orders are taken care of.
