Dr. Crombie, your staff is well trained and everyone has always greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. This time I really appreciate the fact that your staff was able to accommodate since due to my travel schedule I could not make my orignal appointment. We found a mutually beneficial afternoon appointment for me and I didn't have to go beyond my normal appointment interval. My family and I love Joyce, you and your staff! The receptionist Barb is perfect for your practice, very easy to talk to, funny, and cordial to all guests. Joyce , hygienist is always amazing and so friendly and you can tell she knows her job very well. Love her! Dr. Crombie is the best in Naperville and would recommend him and his practice to anyone....although i do MISS THOSE hot towels :( Bring back the FC service! haha

I personally like Dr. Crombie and this note is meat to be purely constructive in nature. I would like to see a "more cheerful Dr. Crombie" on a consistent basis. As a Dentist, Dr. Crombie is top notch. However, it seems that most of the visits that I'm there, he is not very engaging. Being in the Service Industry myself, I am a bit more focused than most when it comes to Consumer Experience. Joyce always does a great job cleaning my teeth in a painless way. I like to talk Dr. Crombie about boating, that is always fun.
Stupendous facility. I was late and was still welcomed in politely. If everyone received their dental treatment here no one would be afraid of the dentist.
I enjoy coming here. (really) Everyone in the office is very nice yet professional. The whole office has wonderful customer service skills. I appreciate that. Thanks for all you do.
