The hygienist that did my xrays and cleaning was excellent and made sure to explain everything she was doing and why!
Maybe you could serve Cocktails to your Nervous patients, to loosen them up a bit. Best Cleanings I have ever experienced in all my many years of Dental visits
I have been a patient of Dr. Crombie for 5 years. He is the best! A artist with his tools. A perfectionist. A comment he made to me "that's my name on the door".

This is a very professional office with friendly staff that did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Dr. Crombie was very generous with his time explaining what procedures I would be having done. I felt confident when I left knowing I would be getting quality care in the future. the receptionist said she had contacted me to make appointment earlier, but I did not get that.
As always an easy and pain free experience.
It was cold in the room and I finally mentioned it. Immediately I was brought a blanket! Great service... you think of everything. :)
