A big shout-out to the Service Dept!! My wife and I had a breakdown up in Bradenton. Talked with Angie in Service (by the way, she's great!) late Friday afternoon...she said she'd try to work it in on Monday. Had my vehicle taken down by AAA on Saturday. Good to her word, they started working on it Monday. By Tuesday morning they had identified the problem and was fixed complete for me to pick up Tuesday afternoon. The only reason I go to Englewood Ford is because of Mike in Quik Lane.. Always pleasant and takes care of all of our needs, even without an appointment if an emergency! I do think the main service department needs a bit more consideration to the customer's needs. We will purchase our next vehicle at Englewood Ford, again, only because of Mike in Quik Lane
I take my Lincoln Navagator to Englewood Ford for all of its service...and they are awesome. They double check everything for me...and I believe their goal is to make sure their customers are safe on the roads. The Mikes...Angie...Shannon...everyone of them are just super and I appreciate them very very much.
