At Englewood Ford we had the worst experience. Donovan sales manager makes broken promises and harasses people. And Joe finance manager still waiting on call. They don't know how to conduct business!!
Took my 2015 Ford Mustang convertible in to be serviced (oil/filter & tire rotation) and was very pleased with the service provided by the attendant and by Spencer who performed the service. Had specifically requested the tires be checked before rotating and found them to be in excellent shape with approximately 27k miles on them. They were very prompt in getting the car on the rack at the time of the scheduled appointment and in 45 minutes I was out of there. I had some tire issues, tires were worn out after 17,000 miles. Everyone in the Quick Lane, Service and Parts Dept were a great help. They worked with me and the tire company to come to an agreement. Thanks to everyone involved.

I had a recall on my 2012 Fusion whoch was taken care of quickly Great service
Went in for an oil change that took 2 1/2 hours. Week later my truck was having issues and the change oil light kept coming on. Had different company check my oil one being a good friend who advised that no way was my oil changed a week ago. So basically my truck sat for 2 1/2 hours and was never worked on. That they have THE WORST service in the world. I went in for a transmission flush(which I was talked into, which wasn't needed yet), and a coolant system flush(that was needed). When I received my car back, antifreeze had been sprayed all over the car, and my front mat was full of oily shoe prints. Then I noticed that 6.5 miles had been added to my odometer, I never authorized anyone to drive my car off the lot, EVER. Then the next day my garage floor was full of puddles of transmission fluid.
