Fast service and a no pressure or upsell environment.
I was plesantly surprised with the service on my 2015 Mustang that needed a new evaporater,. This is the part that goes under the dash for AC and heat. They had the part in stock and got on my car immediately. Everone from the tech Charlie Ralph who did the replacement ,but also the Sevice Manager Mike Muschelli and the other techs did an excellent job. Thank You to everone involved. Gene Wilson
Bought our 2011 Ford Mustang today. Drove all the way from Lakeland hoping a deal could be worked out and the boys at Englewood Ford did not fail! Jake Spinner, Joe Norman, and Steven Reisinger are all good salesmen to work with! Well worth the drive and we LOVE our new car!
My son bought a GTO from this dealership. While it was not certified pre owned, I was assured that it had passed its safety inspection. After two weeks of driving the vehicle, it was discovered that the tie rod and driveshaft center bearing was in desperate need of replacement. I phones the dealership multiple times to inquire why would they allow a vehicle to leave that could possibly result in death. I had a very positive pleasant experience at Englewood Ford👍
Sold me an extended warranty. Told me they would work around after market parts on our F350. Oil tube leaked and windshield washer sprayer needed replaced. Told me sprayers weren't covered and the tube was after market. Well ordered the oil tube from ford and it's a stick part. Called ford corporate and they didn't know why sprayers wouldn't be covered by my warranty. Calling corporate Monday. Second time I have had an issue with the service department here. Never again. Please take your vehicle somewhere else.
The work was done promptly and correctly. This was especially helpful as I am an Ohio resident visiting Englewood for the winter. For this, I am appreciative. The only complaint I have is that the dealership contacted me nearly two weeks after the work, advising me that the warranty conditions required a $200 deductible to be paid. Of course, I paid over the phone as the attendant expected, but I did express my displeasure by stating that I do not appreciate surprises.
