I purchased my car about 3 years ago from englewood Ford. I’m looking into trading my car. During my purchase, I specifically asked my salesman if this car was in an accident because the back bumper and fender looked off and paint was chipped. He personally told me NO! I am also at fault because I did not look up the carfax. I’m sorry that I trusted my salesman! Now I’m looking at trading in my car, my car was IN FACT in an accident!!!!! The Sales Department is the WORST!! Multiple issues but the latest issue I found out today when I went to renew my license plate. We bought a new 2018 in April... 9 months ago- I’ve been driving around without a legal plate/registration for 9 months!!! Think twice before buying at Englewood Ford... follow through is poor and an acceptable solution is non-existent!!!!
I took my 2018 Explorer in for an oil change on 9/20/18. Despite taking over an hour, service advisor Chris Anderson provided excellent customer service while explaining that they were short handed that day and were doing their best to finish as quickly as possible.
